Compression & Expansion of gasses
Monday 10th Dec, P1-3
Working in pairs, produce a presentation which explains how the following work;
Air conditioning - James & Stan
A refrigerator - Andre & Tim
Elementary maths in your presentation is desirable!

Electrostatics and the cathode ray tube
Use library and/or Internet resources to investigate the
principle of the cathode ray tube. You should restrict your report to cathode
ray tubes that use electrostatic deflection of the electron beam. Present your
findings in the form of a written report of not more than 1,000 words and
include a labelled sectional diagram of a cathode ray tube showing the
electrode assembly and typical electric potentials.
